Golx shows football scores, tables, line-ups and statistics. There are no user accounts, no login, no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and the app does not sell or share personal data for marketing.

All other settings (chosen blocks, design, cached matches and crests) are stored only on your device.
Push tokens and selections are deleted automatically 30 days after the app last contacted the server, or immediately when you remove a team or match in the app or delete the app (Apple or Google then invalidates the tokens). Server logs are rotated within days.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because the server holds no name or e-mail address, please contact us and we will explain how to identify your installation so that we can find and delete the record; deleting the app also removes it within 30 days.
Golx can be used at any age: there is no registration, no age check, no advertising and no in-app purchases, and the app collects no data that identifies a person. It is a general-audience football app and is not submitted to the App Store Kids Category, so it is not specifically designed or marketed for children.
We update this page when the app's data processing changes; the date at the top shows the current version.

Alle übrigen Einstellungen (gewählte Blöcke, Design, zwischengespeicherte Spiele und Wappen) bleiben ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät.
Push-Token und Auswahl werden automatisch 30 Tage nach dem letzten Kontakt der App mit dem Server gelöscht — oder sofort, wenn Sie eine Mannschaft bzw. ein Spiel in der App entfernen oder die App löschen (Apple bzw. Google macht die Token dann ungültig). Server-Logs werden innerhalb weniger Tage rotiert.
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde. Da der Server weder Namen noch E-Mail-Adressen speichert, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte — wir erklären, wie sich Ihre Installation identifizieren lässt, damit wir den Datensatz finden und löschen können; das Löschen der App entfernt ihn ebenfalls binnen 30 Tagen.
Golx kann in jedem Alter genutzt werden: keine Registrierung, keine Altersabfrage, keine Werbung, keine In-App-Käufe, und es werden keine Daten erhoben, die eine Person identifizieren. Die App richtet sich an ein allgemeines Publikum und wird nicht in der Kids-Kategorie des App Store angeboten, ist also nicht speziell für Kinder gestaltet oder beworben.
Diese Seite wird aktualisiert, wenn sich die Datenverarbeitung der App ändert; das Datum oben zeigt die aktuelle Fassung.

Pozostałe ustawienia (wybrane bloki, design, zapamiętane mecze i herby) są przechowywane wyłącznie na Twoim urządzeniu.
Tokeny push i wybory są usuwane automatycznie 30 dni po ostatnim kontakcie aplikacji z serwerem albo natychmiast, gdy usuniesz drużynę lub mecz w aplikacji bądź odinstalujesz aplikację (Apple lub Google unieważnia wtedy tokeny). Logi serwera są rotowane w ciągu kilku dni.
Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia oraz sprzeciwu (art. 15–21 RODO), a także prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego (w Polsce: Prezes UODO). Ponieważ serwer nie przechowuje imienia ani adresu e-mail, skontaktuj się z nami — wyjaśnimy, jak zidentyfikować Twoją instalację, żebyśmy mogli odnaleźć i usunąć rekord; odinstalowanie aplikacji również usuwa go w ciągu 30 dni.
Z Golx można korzystać w każdym wieku: nie ma rejestracji, pytania o wiek, reklam ani zakupów w aplikacji, a aplikacja nie zbiera danych identyfikujących osobę. Jest przeznaczona dla ogółu odbiorców i nie jest zgłaszana do kategorii Kids w App Store, więc nie jest projektowana ani reklamowana specjalnie dla dzieci.
